The 2016 Ridgeway Carnival took place on the 10th July, and was a resounding success.

Despite poor forecasts, the weather on the day was good, with only a small rain shower mid-afternoon. There were lots of stall and attractions;

Funfair – Dog show – Punch & Judy – Fire engine – Giant inflatable bumpers

Goal Shoot – Army display.

Refreshments were available, as well as Strawberries, Pimms  and Prosecco.  Hot Dogs and Burgers were cooked at the on-site barbequeue, and hot roast pork sandwiches were available.

The fully stocked bar was open inthe main hall, and an outside bar was operating at the top end of the field. Entertainment was provided by the Paradise Steel Band.
