Pilates is a complete exercise method dedicated to improvingphysical and mental health focusing on the body’s core strength, increasing muscle stretching and flexibility.

Classes are on Tuesday morning from 10am to 11am and most Wednesdays from from 6.05 pm and then from 7:05 pm

Yoga

Enjoy the magic of this ancient holistic practice to soothe the mind, revive the body and lift the spirit.

Commencing Tuesday January 9th 2024.

Classes are on Tuesday afternoon from 12:45 to 1:45 pm during Derbyshire school term time.

Beginners welcome. Classes £7.50 per person, first class free!

  • Dress in comfortable clothes so you can move freely
  • Bring a Yoga Mat or a towel if you don’t have one
  • Drink water before, after and during the session
  • A blanket is a good idea for extra comfort during relaxation
  • Please switch phones to silent during the session
