tennis essentials to buy and rackets to test.
Children’s rackets will be available to borrow.

This is a joint community event between Ridgeway Primary School and Ridgeway Sports & Social Club.
Entry is free, and all mature residents of Ridgeway are invited and will be very welcome!

The AGM of Ridgeway Sports and Social Club will take place on Thursday the 7th April 2022 at 7.00 pm in the Memorial Hall. Everyone is invited to attend and find out how the club is run and its plans for the next year. You may be interested in becoming a member of the Managment Committee or would like to volunteer as a helper in some way. As a Registered Charity any person elected to be on the Managment Committee would become a Trustee of the Charity. Rules and Responsibilities of Trustees can be found on the Charity Commission website. For information contact the Chairman, Michael Mason, on 0114 2473308.
From 2.00 – 4.00 pm the Club opens its doors to show off the fully refurbished Memorial Hall with new bar and refurbished bar seating area, a new meeting room, upgraded lighting and redecorated throughout. On top of the recently resddesigned toilets the hall is sideal for your next biig party.
You can also meet with representatives of the Managment Committee and many of the user groups and sports clubs to see what they have to offer.

A chance for people to come along and have their say on how the club is run and discuss plans for the coming year.
A night to celebrate the winners of the club’s tournaments.
Night includes a quiz, pie and peas, a raffle and the presentation of trophies to the winners and runners up in the club’s annual knock out tournaments.
The bar will be oprn serving a variety of drinks.
